Important: In many cases, Shipvio acts as a logistics service provider processing shipment information on behalf of Clients. The Client (shipper/seller) is responsible for ensuring that recipient details (name, address, phone number, etc.) are lawfully collected and shared with us.

  • Invoice details, e-way bills, and customs documentation (if applicable)

Refund Policy

1) General Policy

  • Freight charges for completed shipments are non-refundable.
  • Charges incurred for pickups already attempted or completed are non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the service type, stage of shipment, and reason for cancellation or claim.

2) Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are typically not provided for:

  • Pickup fees once a pickup attempt has been made , Shipments already dispatched or in transit
  • Warehousing, storage, or handling charges already incurred
  • Packaging, labeling, or value-added services already performed
  • Customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, or government levies , RTO (Return to Origin) charges once initiated
  • Issues caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Client
    • Recipient unavailability or refusal
    • Regulatory inspections or customs holds
    • Natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or force majeure events
    • Incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the Client

3) Refunds Before Dispatch

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The shipment is cancelled before pickup is attempted, and
  • No operational, booking, or carrier charges have been incurred.

Note:

4) Failed Delivery & Returns

Refunds will not be issued for:Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability, Incorrect address details,Refusal to accept shipment,Non-payment of COD (if applicable),Restricted area or non-serviceable location issues discovered after dispatch.

5) How to Request a Refund

  • Registered account details
  • Shipment tracking/AWB number
  • Invoice or transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request

Refund decisions are made after verification of shipment records, operational logs, and compliance checks.If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where feasible. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking channels.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, customer portals, mobile applications, APIs, and logistics services including domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing, order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, tracking solutions, customs coordination, and related supply chain services (collectively, the “Services”).By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1) Definitions

  • Customer/Client/You means any individual or entity booking, scheduling, purchasing, or using our Services.
  • Consignment/Shipment means any parcel, package, cargo, pallet, freight, or goods handed over to Shipvio for transportation, storage, or delivery.
  • Prohibited Items means goods restricted or prohibited under Applicable Laws or our shipping policy.
  • Platform means our website, dashboards, tracking systems, mobile apps, APIs, and related systems.
  • Applicable Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations in India (and international laws where applicable) governing transportation, customs, taxation, import/export, and logistics.

2) Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account or booking shipments.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
  4. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

3) Scope of Services

Shipvio provides logistics and supply chain services that may include:

  • Domestic and international parcel delivery
  • Surface, air, and express freight services
  • Warehousing and inventory management
  • Order fulfillment and pick-pack-ship services
  • Last-mile and reverse logistics solutions
  • Shipment tracking and status updates , Customs clearance coordination (where applicable)

Note:Service availability may depend on serviceable pin codes, carrier networks, weather, regulatory approvals, customs processes, and operational constraints.

4) Acceptable Shipment Policy

You agree not to ship prohibited, restricted, or unlawful goods.

4.1 Prohibited Items

  • Illegal goods, narcotics, hazardous chemicals , Explosives, firearms, ammunition,Perishable goods (unless specifically agreed)
  • Currency, precious metals, high-value jewelry (unless declared and approved) , Counterfeit or infringing goods
  • Any item restricted under Applicable Laws

4.2 Packaging Requirements

  • You must ensure proper packaging suitable for transport.
  • Shipvio is not liable for damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.
  • Fragile items must be clearly labeled.

4.3 Compliance Violations

  • Violations of Shipping, Safety, or Regulatory Compliance
  • Regulatory & Operational Violations

We may suspend or terminate accounts for ASP violations.

5) Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate shipment details (weight, dimensions, value, description).
  2. Declare true and correct value of goods; Ensure goods comply with Applicable Laws.
  3. Obtain necessary permits, invoices, e-way bills, and documentation.
  4. Ensure proper packaging of goods.
  5. Pay all applicable charges, including duties, taxes, and surcharges.

6) Pickup, Transit & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, regulatory checks, natural disasters, customs clearance, or operational disruptions ; Delivery shall be considered complete upon obtaining acknowledgment at the delivery address.
  • Shipvio may attempt re-delivery subject to additional charges.

Shipvio Logistics may assist with the onboarding process, but you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining all necessary approvals.

7) Pricing, Billing & Payments

  1. Service rates are determined based on the quotation, service plan, or order form and may vary.
  2. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be applied as per law.
  3. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
  5. Credits, vouchers, or prepaid balances are generally non-transferable and may have expiration dates.

8) Delivery, Tracking & Service Limitations

  1. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control, including address errors, network issues, or regulatory restrictions.
  2. Delivery confirmations and tracking reports depend on third-party operators and platform support.
  3. We are not liable for delays, partial deliveries, or service failures caused by external systems.

9) Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We collect and process data to provide services, support, billing, and security.
  • By using our services, you authorize us to process your data as required for operational purposes.
  • You must not submit sensitive personal data without proper consent or legal basis.

Outstanding dues remain payable after termination.

13) Refunds & Cancellations

  • Setup, integration, and compliance fees are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Used credits are non-refundable.
  • Unused credits may be refunded only if agreed in writing, subject to deductions.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your submitted content
  • Lack of consent/opt-ins
  • Legal or policy violations
  • Misuse or unauthorized activity

15) Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.
